"Mix before using. Mix 1 scoop (1.2 oz /
30g) of Innersense Color Purity Pure Brilliance Lightening Powder
with 1.8 oz / 52g Innersense Color Purity Clean Color Developer.
Mixing ratio is 1 part powder to 1.5 parts developer. Depending on
the application technique choose Clean Developer volume 10, 20,
30 or 40 and process until desired level of lightness is reached.
Maximum processing time is 50 minutes."
