1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed the same day, while bulk or pallet shipments may require an additional 24 to 48 hours for dispatch preparation. Freight and delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order volume, total weight, delivery destination, and shipping method. Delivery within Netherlands and Belgium typically takes 1 to 2 business days, while deliveries to the rest of the EU require 2 to 5 business days. Non-EU or international delivery timelines are provided upon quotation or order confirmation. Shipments are delivered via professional freight carriers to ground-level receiving areas or loading docks, and the buyer is fully responsible for ensuring the location is accessible for commercial transport vehicles.
2. Inspection & Damaged Shipments
Upon arrival, the buyer must inspect all pallets, outer boxes, and seals for visible damage, leaks, or missing quantities before signing the carrier’s Proof of Delivery document. Any visible transport damage or quantity discrepancies must be noted directly on the delivery receipt and reported in writing to support@planorganic.nl within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the shipping label, outer packaging, and affected goods. Non-visible defects or quality discrepancies discovered after unpacking must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
3. B2B Return Policy
Because planorganic.nl is a B2B platform, statutory consumer cooling-off periods and legal rights of withdrawal do not apply, meaning all wholesale sales are final.
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from Plan Organic NL B.V., and unsolicited return shipments will be refused at our warehouse and returned at the sender's expense.
Returned products must arrive in their original, unopened, undamaged, and sealed commercial packaging. Unless a return is due to a verified shipping error or defective product on our part, return transport costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and approved commercial returns may be subject to a standard 10 percent restocking fee to cover warehouse handling and quality verification.
