There’s no minimum order value. For your first order, we’ll work together to find the products that best suit your business and what you need to get started. Orders from €300 qualify for free shipping within the Benelux.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Thursday and are delivered within 48 hours by DPD.

Yes, approved partners may sell our products online directly to consumers (B2C), subject to our online sales policy.

B2B online sales, third-party marketplaces and sales through unauthorised resellers or purchasing parties are not permitted. We ask all partners to follow our guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience and support our professional distribution network.

Yes. Alongside online sessions and product knowledge resources from our brands, we offer hands-on professional training designed to build your skills and confidence. Discover our upcoming training sessions and events here.

We offer a range of marketing support to help our partners build and activate the brands in their business. This includes samples, branded bags, POS materials, social media assets and launch support.

Where needed, we can also offer tailored salon or retail support to help our partners bring the brands to life through activations and in-store experiences.

Absolutely! We offer sample kits containing sachets and travel sizes, subject to availability. You can also create your own sample kit with retail-size products at wholesale price, giving you the opportunity to try the products for longer and experience them in your treatments.
